  MAKEROOM studio was engaged to help resolve the unusual planning of this flood-damaged residence.

To design from the inside out a three-tenancy dwelling, allowing each space to embrace cathedral ceilings, natural light and to engage with the parkland on its perimeter. The sustainability-driven outcome sings with a moody natural palette of black through warm oak to greys and textural linens. A warm welcome for the flood of abundant natural light spilling through the new full height bifold doors to the rear.
